Full Job Description

An experienced kitchen production manager will facilitate and support the acceptance, production, and fulfillment of catering with a focus on charcuterie board orders and preparation for off-site catering events.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

 

-Ordering and inventory management of all food and non-food items required for preparation of overall catering, charcuterie boards and tablescapes.

-Scheduling of production staff.

-Maintenance and organization of production facility.

-Support owner with customer service and order processing functions from initial contact through order fulfillment and payment.

-Occasional off-site set up and breakdown for tablescape and catering events in the greater Cleveland area. Valid OH Driver's License and vehicle preferred.

-Menu and offerings development, purveyor food expo attendance, as well as some social media and other marketing.

 

Requirements/experience

2+ years foodservice kitchen experience (prep, line cook, expeditor, kitchen manager), but will train the right person with non-food experience.

 

Shift

Primarily mornings/afternoons, days off will vary, some evenings.
